Social Media Management

The posting your team does by hand, handled in one place.

Most teams lose hours every week to social: writing the post in one place, chasing approval over text, then copy-pasting it into every account by hand. We build the whole thing into one workflow, so a post goes from draft to approved to published without anyone babysitting it.

In plain terms

What this actually replaces

Here is what social usually looks like inside a business: someone drafts a post in a document. It gets sent to a manager for a yes. The manager replies two days later, or does not. Then somebody logs into each account and pastes it in, one at a time. At the end of the month, someone pulls the numbers together by hand for a report nobody trusts.

None of those steps need a person doing them by hand. We build the drafting, the approval, the publishing, and the reporting into one flow, so the work carries itself through. What is left for your team is the part that actually needs judgment: deciding what to say, and whether it is good enough to go out.

Sound familiar?

Signs your social is costing you hours

If more than one of these is true, there is almost certainly time being lost to manual work right now.

The same post gets pasted into every account by hand.
Approvals happen over text or email and get lost in the thread.
Posts sit for days waiting on one person to reply.
Nobody can tell you what is scheduled next week without asking around.
Monthly numbers get pulled together by hand into a spreadsheet.
Work gets redone because the latest version lives in somebody\'s inbox.
What you get

What we take off your plate

Every step below is work somebody on your team is doing by hand today. These are the ones we hand to the software:

Publishing to every account

Write the post once. It goes to every account you have connected, at the time you set. No logging into each one and pasting it in.

Chasing approvals

The post routes itself to whoever signs off. They approve it or send it back with a note. No forwarding, no reminding, no wondering whether they saw it.

Knowing what is coming

Everything scheduled, on one calendar, colour coded by what is still waiting on somebody. Nobody has to ask around to find out what goes out Thursday.

Building the monthly report

Reach, engagement, clicks, and saves pull themselves in from the platforms. Export it when somebody asks, instead of rebuilding a spreadsheet.

Remembering to post

Schedule ahead and it waits, even if approved early. Or leave the time blank and it goes out the moment it is approved. Either way, nobody sets a reminder.

Finding the bottleneck

How long approvals actually take, the longest wait, and how many are sitting on somebody\'s desk right now. Usually this is where the week goes.

How it works

How a post moves through it

One flow, start to finish. Nobody has to carry it from one step to the next.

01 — CONNECT

Link your accounts once

Sign in to each service and pick the accounts you publish to. Done once, and nobody needs the passwords again. They stay yours, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.

02 — WRITE

Draft it in one place

Write the post, add an image, pick the accounts, set a time. One draft covers every channel instead of a separate copy for each.

03 — APPROVE

It routes itself for sign-off

Whoever approves sees it waiting, and either releases it or sends it back with a note. No forwarding it on, no chasing a reply.

04 — PUBLISH

It posts itself

Approved posts go out at their scheduled time, to every account, without anyone logging in. Afterwards the numbers come back on their own.

If a person is carrying the work from one step to the next, that is the step to automate.

It is the same principle behind every system we build here. We look at where your team is doing something by hand, and we build software that does it instead. Social is no different: the drafting, the sign-off, the posting, and the reporting were all being carried by a person. Now they are not.

Questions

Common questions about social media management

How much time does this actually save?

It depends on how much you are doing by hand today. The usual wins are the copy-paste into each account, the back and forth chasing a yes, and the monthly report someone rebuilds from scratch. We scope it with you during discovery, so you know what to expect before anything gets built.

How is this different from an off-the-shelf scheduler?

Off-the-shelf tools make your business work the way the software expects. Most will queue a post and stop there, leaving the approval to happen over email like it always did. We build around how your business already runs, including who signs off on what, so your team does not have to change their process to fit a product.

Which accounts can I connect?

Right now: Facebook Pages, Instagram business and creator accounts, and Threads. You connect your own accounts, they stay yours, and you can disconnect any of them whenever you want. We add channels as we build them, and connecting a new one never changes how the rest of it works.

Do you post on our behalf, or do we?

You do. The software only ever publishes what somebody on your team has written and somebody on your team has approved. We do not write your posts or decide what goes out. If you would rather we did handle it for you, that is a separate conversation and we are happy to have it.

Can we control who is allowed to approve?

Yes, and it is enforced by the software rather than by asking people to remember. Someone with the creator role cannot release their own post no matter what they click. If your sign-off runs through two people, or a different person depending on the account, that is exactly the kind of thing we build around.

What happens to our data?

Your posts and connected accounts are yours and are never shared with other customers. The access keys to your social accounts are stored on the server and cannot be read from a browser, including yours. You can delete everything at any time. The full detail is in our privacy policy and data deletion instructions.

What does it cost?

Fourteen days free, no card needed to start. After that, get in touch and we will scope it to the number of accounts and people you actually need rather than pushing a package.

Do you work with businesses outside Frisco?

Yes. We are headquartered in Frisco, TX and work with businesses across the Dallas-Fort Worth area including Plano, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Little Elm, The Colony, Carrollton, Lewisville, and Dallas. Because the work is digital, we also serve clients nationwide.
