This Privacy Policy explains how NexaFlow Digital ("NexaFlow Digital," "we," "our," or "us") handles information in NexaFlow Digital Social (the "App"), our social media publishing and approval tool.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what the App needs in order to publish your posts:

• Account information. Your name and email address, provided when you sign in.
• Connected social accounts. When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, we store the account identifiers and an access token that allows the App to publish on your behalf.
• Content you create. Post text, images you upload, scheduled publish times, and approval history.

We never receive or store your Facebook or Instagram password. Authorization happens through Meta, not through us.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to operate the App. Specifically, to publish content you have approved to the accounts you have connected, to show you and your team the status of that content, and to maintain your connection to Meta so scheduled posts continue to work.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train models.

3. Information Received from Meta

The App uses Meta's Facebook and Instagram APIs. Information we receive from Meta is used only to publish and manage the content you create in the App, in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active. If you disconnect a social account, the associated access token is deleted immediately. If you delete your account, we delete your information as described in our Data Deletion page.

5. Data Security

Access tokens are stored server side and are never exposed to your browser. Access to your organization's content is restricted to the users you authorize. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Your Choices

• Disconnect a Facebook Page or Instagram account at any time from within the App.
• Revoke the App's access directly through your Facebook settings under Business Integrations.
• Request deletion of your information. See Data Deletion.
• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.

7. Children

The App is intended for businesses and organizations. It is not directed to individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and notify you within the App.
