NexaFlow Digital Social

Data Deletion

Effective Date: July 13, 2026

Back to Home

You may remove your information from NexaFlow Digital Social (the "App") at any time. This page explains how.

1. Disconnect a Social Account

Sign in to the App, open Settings, and disconnect the Facebook Page or Instagram account you want to remove. The stored access token for that account is deleted immediately, and the App can no longer publish to it.

2. Revoke Access Through Facebook

You may also remove the App's access from Meta's side:

  • Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
  • Select Business Integrations.
  • Find NexaFlow Digital Social and select Remove.

3. Delete All of Your Data

To delete your account and all associated information, email erika@nexaflowdigital.com from the address associated with your account, using the subject line Delete my data.

We will confirm your request, delete your information within 30 days, and email you once it is complete. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

4. What Is Deleted

  • Your account information, including name and email address
  • All access tokens for connected Facebook and Instagram accounts
  • All posts, drafts, scheduled posts, and approval history
  • All images you uploaded to the App

5. What Cannot Be Deleted

Posts that have already been published exist on Facebook and Instagram, not on our systems. To remove them, delete them directly on those platforms.

6. Contact
