Turning a messy schedule into a tool people actually want to use.

The Carrollton Farmers Branch Baseball Association needed a way to manage a complex, multi-field game schedule that was easy for coaches, parents, and staff to navigate — without spreadsheets or confusion.

A baseball schedule that nobody could easily follow.

Managing a multi-team, multi-field baseball schedule sounds straightforward — until you factor in dozens of games across multiple divisions, changing fields, game times that overlap, and the need for parents and coaches to find their specific games quickly.

The existing approach required manually reading through a flat list of games and cross-referencing fields, times, and divisions — a process that generated confusion, questions, and frustration every season.

The goal was simple: take the raw schedule data and turn it into something anyone could use in seconds.

CFBBA Schedule App interface

A custom schedule app built around how people actually use it.

NexaFlow built a custom web application that pulls live game data, organizes it intelligently, and presents it in a clean, easy-to-navigate schedule grid. No app to download, no login required — just a fast, reliable tool that works for everyone.

Day-by-day navigation Users move forward and back by day, or jump directly to the next game day — no scrolling through dates with no games.
Filter by field or division Parents and coaches can instantly narrow the schedule to exactly what they need — no reading through unrelated games.
Color-coded fields Each field is assigned a distinct color so the schedule is scannable at a glance, even when multiple games overlap.
Canceled and postponed game detection The app automatically flags canceled or postponed games so everyone stays informed without any manual updates.
Auto-refreshing live data The schedule pulls from a live data source and refreshes automatically — always current, no manual maintenance required.
Click-through game details Clicking any game opens a detail view with full information — teams, time, field, division, and status.
The Result

From confusing spreadsheet to a tool the whole association uses.

What used to require manual cross-referencing is now a clean, self-updating web app that anyone can open on any device. Coaches find their fields, parents find their games, and staff spend less time answering schedule questions.

This is what custom programs do.

The CFBBA schedule app is a clear example of how NexaFlow approaches custom programs: take information that exists but is hard to use, understand how people actually need to interact with it, and build something that makes that interaction simple.

If your business has data, schedules, workflows, or processes that require more effort than they should — this is exactly the kind of solution we build.
